Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Description

Sticky, yummy, and easy tray bake.

Method

  1. 1

Put all but the last three ingredients into a bowl and mix. I use a mixer but it works by hand too. Once it's all combined pour it into the biggest deep baking tray you can find. Put baking paper in the bottom if you have some. Bake at 170C for 35 mins (or until a knife comes out clean).

While it's in the oven mix the last three ingredients in a saucepan and heat and stir until it all gets a bit thicker (or you get bored). About 5 mins after the sugar has melted will do. Don't let it boil.

Once the sponge is done prick it all over with a fork and pour the stuff in the saucepan evenly over. Stick it back in the oven for 5 mins. You can turn the oven off if you want - residual heat will do.

Leave to cool and cut into 18 squares - or how ever many you fancy.
