1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Pinch a hole in centre of bread
3. Put bread into pan to fry
4. Crack egg into centre
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
6. Turn over, fry a little more to seal.
Both sides should be golden brown the egg yolk in the centre should be runny.
