- 6 Black Olives
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 5 tsp White Vinegar
- 5 tsp Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Castor Sugar

Place avocados, cut up celery, (cucumbers if you like) in glass bowl. Mix remaining ingredients into a dressing and pour over. Depending on how many ingredients you use, you may need to double or triple the dressing ingredients.
