This is a perfect dip to go with the onion and almond bhajis.

Finely chop dates.

Deseed (or leave in) and finely chop chilli.

Put all ingrediants in a pan.

Bring to boil and simmer for 10 mins.

Liquidise.

Serve cold
(Great with onion and almond bhajis).
