Saw this recipe online created by Jean Christophe Novelli and decided to give it a go myself, always love cookies with a twist! Turned out to be very popular with the kids too.

Place all the ingredients except the flaked almonds in a mixing bowl and beat together with a wooden spoon until well mixed

Grease 2 baking sheets with Flora Cuisine and place teaspoons of the mixture onto the baking sheets, Evenly sprinkle over the flaked almonds

Bake on the middle shelf of a preheated hot oven 190° C, 375° F, Gas No.5 for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on a wire tray
