Best Chocolate Brownie

Really gooey brownies, perfect to be eaten for days after in the unlikley case they dont disapear straight away.

   Preheat the oven to 165°C.

   Melt the chocolate mix together in the microwave using 1 min blasts till melted together.

   Whisk together the egg mix so the egg and vanilla is properly combined.

   Mix the chocolate mix and egg mix together.

   Sift in the floury mix and stir until smooth.

   Scrape the batter into a baking tin (8 inch square).

   Bake in the oven for 10 mins before dropping the temperature to 150°C for 20 mins.

   (It will look very liquidy but it's cooked and will firm up later.)

   Leave to completely cool in the tin.

    Ideally refrigerate overnight but not essential if you can't resist.

    Slice up and serve.
