- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs runny honey

Mix all the ingredients together in bowl, and then spread on to pork chops,or chicken breast.
Leave for 15 mins and then cook.
This quantity will be enough for about four small chops.

Vary the amount of honey , or mustard depending on how sweet you like the sauce.
