1. Thinly slice the leeks and put in the bottom of shallow oven proof dish, drizzle with a little olive oil
2. Put in oven at 180C and cook for 6mins
3. Put fish fillets on top of the leeks and drizzle over more olive oil and terriyaki sauce
4. Put back in oven and cook for further 15 mins.
Serve with salad.
