Ingredients
- 250 g small new potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 125 g Bacon
- 30 ml olive oil
- 125 g mushrooms
- 125 g Cheddar Cheese

Wash potatoes, halve and boil until tender,
Preheat Grill
Chop bacon and onion, fry gently in oil until onion softens
Chop mushrooms and add to bacon, stir cook 2-3mins
Stir in potatoes and add to oven proof dish, season and grate cheese over
Grill until cheese bubbles
