Mix all ingredients together and bind with hot water to usual stuffing consistency. All ingedients can be adjusted to taste but the fruit is really important to the stuffing as it flavours the bird wonderfully.
Cook in the bird and time in accordance with the cooking instructions on the label of the turkey.
