    1. Cream a little pot with fresh blackberries, leaving a little room at the top for the crumble.

    2. Sprinkle a spoonful of sugar over them.

    3. To make the crumble, take a sponnful of butter, a spoonful of sugar and a couple of spoonfuls of flour and mix it together with your hands. Keep adding flour until it starts to become really flakey and tiny little crumbs.

    4. Sprinkle this mixture over the blackberries - much or as little as you like!

    5. Put them in the oven (probably around 150 degrees) for about 10 mins until the crumble is a little bit golden on top!

    Serve with clotted cream! Yum!
