- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice and zest of lime

1 Cook corn cobs
2 In seperate pan heat honey and soy and add lime juice and zest
3 Brush corn with honey mix and grill for for 1 min. Brush again and grill and so on and so on until corn caremelised
