- 200 g rice
- 230g sirloin or rump steak
- thumbsized piece ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- ยฝ red chilli
- 2 spring onions
- small bunch Coriander
- 2tbsp sesame oil
- Groundnut Oil
- 2tbsp blackbean sauce
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 2 limes
- 1 egg

Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

1. Cook rice and allow to cool in fridge
2. Slice meat. Peel and finely slice ginger and garlic, finely slice chilli and spring onion. Pick coriander leaves and leave to one side. Finely chop stalks. In a bowl mix ginger, garlic, chilli, spring onion, coriander stalks steak and sesame oil.
3. Heat wok and once very hot add lug groundnut oil. Add all chopped ingredients from bowl. Fry for 2 mins. Add black bean sauce, 1 tbsp soy and juice 1/2 lime. Toss and remove from heat transfer everything into a bowl and cover with tin foil. Give pan wipe and add lug groundnut oil - crack in egg and add tablespoon soy. Once scrambled stir in rice and heat through. Serve.
