slice chicken breasts in to small chunks and fry in a little oil until slightly golden add thinly chopped bacon when both cooked add chopped mango and chopped tomatoes leave on low heat for 5 - 10 mins
boil new potatoes then add butter
hard boil egg slice in half (and add mayonaise)
prepare salad
serve chicken on top of salad
