- a sprinkle of demerara sugar
- 4oz unsalted lurpak
- 8 cooking apples
- 4oz plain flour
- 4oz caster sugar
- 4oz rolled oats
- handful toasted walnuts or peacans

1. peel and core apples and slice. Place in a oven to tableware dish.
2. Sprinkle with demerara sugar,
3. wash blackberries and place in dish.
4.Then to make topping, rub butter and flour
until it resembles breadcrumbs.
5.and caster sugar and oats
6.mix together add nuts if using.
7.Spoon mixture over fruit
8.cook in oven gas mark 6 for 45minutes
