Ingredients
- 4 sweet pastry cases
- 150ml double cream. whipped
- 450g can of apricots
- 4 teaspoons Cointreau liquier (or your choice)
- 6 green grapes.halved and stoned
- 2 teaspoons gelatine powder
- 4 teaspoons castor sugar
- 1 drop red colouring

Strain the Apricots, set aside the juice and dry the fruit with paper kitchen towel. Arrange 4 Apricot halves to each case. Make a jelly out of the juice, gelatine and red colouring with 2 teaspoons of caster sugar(use gelatine packet instructions) and pour cooled jelly over each fruit loaded tart
Whip the cream, Cointreau and 2 teaspoons of sugar 'till the mix peaks. Arrange as photo, decorate with split grapes
Chef's Tips
I made 4 of these tarts in 20 min's. I found Asda's 'made with butter' cases the best. Cos' it's hardly worth baking themfor a small amount.
