- 1 tub connage dairy or other soft cheese
- few tablespoons redcurrant jelly
- some lamb lettuce

A great starter, very quick and easy to make, using oatcakes and smoked venison.

Take a little oatcake, spread with some crowdie (Scottish cream cheese) add a small slice of great glen game smoked venison. Finish off with a little bit of redcurrant jelly and put some lamb lettuce on top.
