Put water, butter, sugar and a good pinch of salt into a stewpan.
When boiling, add the flour previously well dried and sieved.
Stir and cook gently for at least 10 minutes.
Let it cool a little then heat in the eggs one at a time.
Add a few drops of flavouring and use as required.
