- 0.25 carton single cream
- 250g strong cheddar
- 1 tsp. wholegrain mustard

1. About a 1/4 single cream,200/250g strong cheddar cheese and a heaped teaspoon of wholegrain mustard.
2. Mix it all together in your favourite mixing bowl and then allow to stand in the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Chef's Tips
You can use it in the place of margarine and mayonaise on hamburgers,hotdogs and sausage rolls.
