- 400ml Mango Juice
- 200ml White Rum
- 100ml Lime Juice
- 4 tsp Golden Caster Sugar
- 4 Glassfuls of crushed ice (about 600ml)

1. Put the mango juice, rum, lime juice, sugar and ice into a blender and whiz together until thick and slushy.
2. Serve in a cocktail glass.
Chef's Tips
Garnish the glass with a slice of lime and use a black straw for effect!
