- 1 tin corned beef
- 2-3 eggs

Trapiche is situated in the Mendoza region of Argentina. The winery was established in 1883 and they are well known for producing quality wine at affordable prices. This was a favourite recipe of mine that my mum used to make. The fight was usually over who got the most crust.

It is difficult to give exact quantities but you will get the idea as yoy read on.
Butter the pudding basin,
Cut the crusts from the sliced bread,
Butter both sides of the bread and line the pudding basin,
Layer the corned beef and bread to fill the basin,
Top with well buttered bread,
Mix the eggs and milk season with pepper,
Fill the pudding basin, place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven 180c for 45 minutes until the crust is risen and golden
