Method

Wash & dry thoroughly all ingredients
Prepare as per ingredient
Mix well & place in an air tight container.
Cover with slightly damp sheet of kitchen roll
Seal with lid
Salad will keep for up to 10 days as fresh as the day it was prepared.
Add any salad ingredient to the bowl making sure the ingredients are dry.
dip in and out as you require, that's why i call it Lazy Salad Days
Delicious mixed with cous cous,quinoa & finel chopped mint or basil leaves. Season to taste.
