Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat pastry flour
- ยฝ cup unbleached white flour
- 2 teaspoons non-aluminium Baking powder
- ยฝ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 10-12 dates pitted and chopped
- 1 orange and water to make 1 cup
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- 0.25 cups canola oil
- 0.25 cup raisins

1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Mix the baking powder,salt and flours and set aside.
2. Put bananas,oil,dates,juice,water and vanilla into a blender and blend till smooth.
3.Put in the egg and blend for another few minutes.
4. Then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients stir till moist.Then put in the Walnuts and raisins.
5. Spread mixture into a lighgtly oiled loaf pan and put into the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until u can put a knife into the middle of it a and pull it out clean.
