Method

    Place the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to the boil. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the mixture just changes colour to dark golden.
    Place the cornflakes and cranberries in a large bowl, add the butter mixture and mix well to combine. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
    Spoon heaped tablespoonfuls of the mixture on to baking trays lined with nonstick baking paper, press together to form clusters and set aside for 20-30 minutes or until set.
