- 6 oz. Margarine
- 6 oz. Castor Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 10 oz. Mixed Fruit
- 2 oz. Mixed Peel
- 2 oz. Glace Cherries
- 8 oz. Plain Flour
- ½ tsp. Baking Powder
- ½ tsp. Mixed Spice

1. Sieve the flour, baking powder and mixed
spice together.
2. Cream margarine and sugar and then add eggs in one at a time.
3. Fold in the dry ingredients and then add the mixed fruit
4. Place in 7" cake tin.
5. Bake in a medium oven 160 or No.3 for 90-105 min.
