Description
Crunch through the top layer of fried quavers to savour the salty reformed meat inside. The fresh crunch of the sweetcorn perfectly balanced by the smokey tang of the BBQ sauce.

Cut Spam into slices and dry on some kitchen paper.
Dip Spam slices into egg and coat with flour.
Re-dip Spam slices into egg and coat with crushed Quavers.
Shallow fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a bed of sweetcorn with a light drizzle of BBQ sauce or to taste.
