- 3 vine tomatoes chopped
- ½ cucumber. diced
- ½ bag / tub Roasted salad seed mix
- 1 tbls extra virgin olive oil
- ½ Red onion sliced

Fry the onion in some of the oil until soft. (you can leave this option out for a healthier salad)
Grate the cheese in large strips/slithers if using hard or crumble the soft cheese.
