Chef's Tips

Salsas don't have to be monotonous, find a great salsa recipe and hit upon the blend of flavours that's just the thing for the dish or meal you are serving.
Traditional tomato salsas are a recipe of tomatoes with onion and chili peppers for flavour and heat. These salsas are superb as dips and as side dishes to your favourite meat and seafood dishes, tomato salsas offer a great opening for adding refreshing new flavours and heat arrangements.
