- 50 ml Gin
- 15 ml bottlegreen William’s Pear & Elderflower Cordial
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml sugar syrup

A chic cocktail made using bottlegreen William’s Pear & Elderflower Cordial and inspired by the Henley Regatta. A fabulously refreshinhg drink to be enjoyed by the riverside.

Muddle Mint with Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup.
Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice, fine strain into chilled 5oz martini glass.
Garnish with mint leaf on surface of drink.
