Put the following chopped ingredients in a salad bowl: 300g cooked French beans, 4 tomatoes, 2 cored peppers, ยฝ cucumber, 1 onion, ยฝ clove of garlic, 2 hard boiled eggs and ยฝ lettuce. Add dressing: 2tbsp white wine vinegar, ยฝtsp mustard, 5tbsp veg stock and 2tbsp oil and seasoning. Rinse 40g salted anchovy fillets under cold water and pat dry. Add to the salad with 40g olives and serve.
