4 chicken breasts, quartered
500g baby salad potatoes
pinch of tumeric
410g can canellini beans, drained & rinsed
400g can flageolet beans, drained & rinsed
150g tub Dolmio stir in sun dried tomato sauce
20g chives, cut into 2cm lengths

Method

1. cook the salad potatoes in lightly salted boiling water with the tumeric for 12-15mins until tender. drain well.
2. brush the chicken with a little olive oil & grill for 10mins, turning once.
3. mix the canellini & flageolat beans & heat through. combine with most of the sauce & 2tbsp water & heat through.
4. serve the potatoes topped with the beans & chicken & drizzle over the remaining sauce.
5. garnish with chives
