This is my grandmothers cheesecake recipe, and oddly enough, there's no cheese in it, but dam it's good!!

Crush the biscuits and melt the butter. Mix these together and press into a disk and leave to set.
Take the juice from the 3 lemons and the zest from one and mix with the condenced milk. Whip the cream and fold it into the condenced milk and lemon mix. Pour over the base and lease in the fridge to set. Once chilled, crumble the flake over the top and serve!!
You don't give the list of ingredients. I would really like to try it.
