- 200g fresh podded peas
- 100g fresh broadbeans
- ½ bunch of fresh mint
- 1 lemon
- 50ml olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper

i love this salad because it is so easy to prepare,colourful,fresh and healthy

crumble the feta into a bowl, add the peas and broadbeans, tear the mint into the ingredients, add the lemon juice and the olive oil, season well with salt & pepper
