Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves. finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons finely chopped ginger
- 8 crushed cardomon seeds
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin seed
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 100ml coconut milk
- 200ml water
- 75ml Low fat yoghurt
- handful Chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp demerera sugar
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1-2 tsp green chilli puree
- 2 x tbsp of lemon juice

Loved this recipe after trying it for the first time tonight. Well ok it was Mrs M that loved the recipe which made it loved by me. :)
Method

1. Heat the oil
2. Cut the chicken into bite size chunks and add to the frying pan and cook on medium/high for 2-3 minutes
3. Add the onion, chilli puree, turmeric, lemon juice and cook for another 2-3 minutes
4. Turn down to medium/low and add the garlic, ginger, crushed cardamon seeds, ground cumin, ground ginger
5. Stir
6. Add coconut milk
7. Stir
8. Add the water
9. Cook gently for 15 minutes and occasionally stir
10. Add the demerera sugar
11. After about 20-25 minutes, most of the liquid should have evaporated away. At the point the liquid is gravy-esque add the low fat yoghurt and and chopped coriander leaves.
12. Reduce the heat
13. Stir for about 2 minutes on a low heat.
Serve with rice and naan.
