- 75g digestive biscuit crushed
- 75g butter
- 400-600g white chocolate
- ½ vanilla pod
- 500g cream cheese
- 65g butter
- 50g caster sugar
- 180ml whipping cream
- 2lrg bag maltesers

love cheesecake and maltesers so thought id join the two together. made myself. heavenly. this recipe was made for the maltesers competition.
Method

combine the biscuit and butter and press into base of a 23cm springform tin.
Place choc, butter, vanilla pod into a heatproof dish over simmering water, untill melted, allow to cool slightly.
In another bowl mix cream cheese,sugar and whipping cream to a smooth consitancy.
Remove vanilla pod from the chocolate and stir in the cream mix.
Add malesers over the base leaving some to decorate the top,
and pour over the mix and place in the fridge for 8-24 hrs.
To serve
Remove from tin and place half cut maltesers around the top in a circle.
