Oven setting: 200oC/400oF/Gas Mark 6
1. Mix the butter, herbs and garlic together.
2. Make cuts all the way along the loaf. Do NOT cut all the way through the loaf.
3. Spread the herb butter on both sides of the cut.
4. Wrap the loaf in fooil and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
5. Eat the bread hot, it tastes great with salad.
