1. Preheat the oven to Gas 8
2. Add a layer of tortilla chips onto a metal plate.
3. Now sprinkle 1 3rd of the cheese and passata onto your tortilla chips.
4. Repeat this 3 times.
5. Then cook for a minute until cheese has melted and tortilla chips are slightly brown.
6. Tortilla + Tomato with Cheese: DONE!
