1 cup of artichoke hearts.. Chopped
2 cloves of crushed garlic
4 oz mayonaise
5 oz Parmesan cheese
Add chopped jalapenos for an added kick, in fact just use this as a base and add spinach or whatever hits your fancy. It is always quick and tasty!

Bake for 15 mins in a 450 degree oven
