- 1 pack Discovery Wholemeal Wrapbreads
- 1 pack Smoked Salmon
- 1 Lemon
- 1 pack Low fat Cream Cheese
- 1 bag Fresh rocket or spinach

This is a great lunch time treat perfect for the lunch-box.

Generously spread the soft Discovery Wrapbreads with the cream cheese.
Cover with a layer of Smoked Salmon.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice
Finish with cracked black pepper.
Roll up each of the Wrapbreads and slice in half.
Accompany with a garnish of rocket or fresh spinach.
