- 1 ยฝoz Plain flower
- 1 pint Semi Skimmed Milk
- 325g Tin of Sweat corn with the liquid
- 375 g Cod diced (frozen skinless)
- 225 g Prawns
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley

Melt the butter in a large saucepan, put the clove of garlic in and let it transfer it flavor to the butter for a couple of min.
Remove the garlic add the flour milk and seasoning, heat gently sturing until it comes to the boil, keep on the boil for a min sturing gently to thicken.
Stir in the sweet corn with its liquid add the cod and bring back to the boil, simmer for 3-4 mins, add the prawns and warm through, garnish with parsely.
