Ingredients
- c 600g Large prawns (fresh or frozen)
- 2-3 sticks Celery
- 1 large clove Garlic
- Knob Butter
- 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
- 3 teaspoons French mustard
- pprox ยฝ a glass Medium/dry Sherry (white wine will do)
- Approx 5 floz Double cream
- Generous handful Fresh Coriander

This is a really quick recipe that successfully introduced the kids to celery and coriander - which they now love.

Chop celery and garlic. Heat butter with sesame oil in casserole dish and when hot add celery and garlic and fry for a minute or 2 before adding prawns for another minute. Add sherry and mustard and bring to boil. Add the cream, season with black pepper and stir in most of the coriander keeping a bit back to sprinkle over the top.(If you use frozen prawns and they give off alot of water then you may need to thicken the sauce with a little cornflour.)
