- 2 10oz packs frozen chopped broccoli or spinach
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cottage cheese - well drained
- ½ cup parmeson cheese - grated
- 2 egss well beaten
- 1 onion, finally chopped
- ½ tsp salt

Cook the spinach or broccoli in chicken broth and drain very well.
Combine the eggs, onion, cheeses and salt.
Bake in a greased 2 1/2 quart dish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
There is nothing to rise or fall so it can be considered 'no fail'. It keeps quite nicely until you are ready to serve, just make sure you turn the oven down while you are waiting.
