SponsoredOrigin Pinot Grigio Organic
The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas
Description
It sounds funky but incredibly tasty and cheap!! one of my favourites!!

1. Boil the spaghetti
2. Chop the quorn in to small chunks (you can use pieces but i prefer smaller then pieces)
3.Lightly fry along with the garlic which should be finely chopped
4. Drain the spaghetti well and mix in the garlic and quorn pieces throughly.
5. Beat the egg in a cup and add to the spaghetti mixture until all spaghetti is coated.
6. Season with salt and pepper
7. Serve topped with the grated cheese and garlic bread
This sounds like a great recipe to try - however I an confused about how you present it and whether you cook it in the oven or something after you have added the egg...otherwise the egg would be uncooked right?
I loved this so had to make it for Siobhain. She keeps promising to cook it for me dont you honey! x
