measure your 4 oz of flour and put in a seperate bowl
measure your butter and sugar and mix together in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
add your egg and some flour mix with either a whisk or a electric whisk add other egg and add more flour til flours finished at the end add a spoon of hot water.
fill your cases about half as they rise a lot
cook for 15 mins or until brown in oven gas mark 4
take out an put on wire rack
mix your icing sugar as said on packet and decorate and add topping of your choice
