- ¼ Pint / 150ml Soured Cream
- 1 Clove Garlic crushed
- 175g / 6oz Blue Stilton cheese
- 1 Lemon Juice
- Salt and pepper

1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and work to a smooth paste.
2. Transfer to a serving dish and chill until required.
