- 5oz /150g Self raising flour
- 2 tsp Caster sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 Large egg
- ¼ pnt Milk

1. Sift the flour , sugar and salt together. Beat in the egg and then add the milk. (Actuallu I find if you put the lot in a blender it works really well!)
2. Spoon the batter into a greased and heated frying pan to make small pancakes.
3. When the batter starts to bubble you should flip over the pancake and cook for a further minute or two on the other side.
