- 1½ onz. Powdered loaf sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Eggs

Beat the eggs well. Add the other ingredients and stir well. Spread on a small, greased dripping tin. Bake for three minutes. Spread with jam, roll, bake for a minute or two. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve!
