- ¼ lb Nutter suet
- About 6 Peeled and cored apples
- To taste Sugar

Mix everything except the apples and the sugar into a paste. Line a baking tin with the paste and fill it up with slices of peeled apples. sweeten with sugar to taste. Steam for 2 hours
