Ingredients
- 3 cup shredded coconut
- 2 ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ½ tsp. vanilla essence

Description
This barfi is my kid's favorite, but there are number of variations can be made using different ingredients to add your own personal touch.

1.Mix all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
2.On medium heat, keep stirring till the mixture turns thick.
3.Spread it onto a greased rectangular tray and allow to cool and set.
4.Once it turns firm, use a butter knife to cut into cubes.
