Ingredients
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 6 pork or turkey hotdogs
- ½ cup mixed bell peppers, red, green and yellow, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ cup melted cheddar
- 1 cup cheese nachos
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp white pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp tomato paste
- ½ tsp tabasco
- 6 hotdog sandwiches
- ½ cup My Multi purpose cocktail sauce (see recipe)

1-Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onions with the mixed bell peppers and hotdogs all together adding the salt, black pepper, white pepper, cumin, garlic powder, tomato paste and tabasco, until the hotdogs are browned.
2-Fill in the sandwich with 1 hotdog as well as the onions and bell peppers, put one tbsp Multi purpose cocktail sauce, crumble some nachos and put on top and finish with melted cheddar.
